Want to Become a Tutor?

As outlined in our Programmes, we offer a variety of programmes for both school aged children and adults. Due to growing demand for our services, we are always looking for qualified, dedicated and enthusiastic tutors to join as contractors or sessional / casual employees.

Registered teachers, graduates and undergraduate students, professionals and experienced tutors.

How can you become a tutor?

1. Apply Now on-line.
2. We will contact you within 24-48 hrs to acknowledge your application.
3. If your application was successful, we will invite you to a personal interview, to ge to know you better and answer your questions regarding our services.
4. If we both agree to proceed, a letter of offer will be sent to you, detailing the terms and conditions of employment.
5. Once the offer has been accepted, an employment contract will be signed by both you and us.
6. All new tutors will be required to attend a half day induction and training session, after which you will be ready to start your activity.
7. Every new tutor will be given the option to login for communication on line.
8. As soon as a suitable enrolment has taken place, we will offer you the job.
9. If you agree to proceed, a trial session will be booked, for you to meet the student, discuss and assess her needs.
10. Following the trial session both the student/parent and the tutor will be asked to give feedback and will have a chance to decide whether or not they are happy to proceed with the booking.
11. Once positive feedback has been received from both sides, the booking will be confirmed and regular sessions will commence.
12. Regular on line communication and access to tutor forms, documents and materials is available after login.
