Sound Foundations Learning Programmes is there to enhance learning through interactive and flexible programmes for all ages. From reading recovery to parenting classes, family counseling, VCE and citizenship test preparation, our services cover a broad spectrum of needs, enhancing learning - learning for life!

Most programmes are being delivered flexibly, at our centre, through home visits or in other convenient locations, by arrangement.

To Our Existing Clients…

Thank you for enrolling in our programme. Once your enrollment has been processed and we have contacted you to finalize the booking and payment details, you may use the on-line options to stay in touch, send us your comments, questions and feedback.


Parents of students enrolled in tuition programmes should follow the following steps to finalize and activate the booking:

1.
Send us the Trial Lesson Feedback . If the feedback is not satisfactory, we will contact you with an alternative option. If the feedback is positive, we will send you the booking details and the first invoice.
2. Confirm your Booking on line or over the phone.
3. Pay your invoice, using one of the accepted payment options.

Please remember:

•   Inform us as early as possible (at least 24 hours prior to session time) if you need to postpone or reschedule a session. Phone our office on 97967747.
Remember, failure to notify us, or late cancellations will attract full payment with no option for a make up session. (Please, refer to the agreed Bookings Terms and conditions)

•    Please, remember that notification of the intention to discontinue or cancel a regular service needs to be given at least two weeks prior to the last required session. Alternatively two weeks session’ fees will be charged on lieu.

•    Please keep in touch by sending us regularly your Questions & Feedback. We will endeavor to respond to any suggestions and address any issues raised, as soon as practically possible. Your satisfaction is our highest priority.
