Thank you for enrolling in
our programme. Once your enrollment has been
processed and we have contacted you to finalize the
booking and payment details, you may use the on-line
options to stay in touch, send us your comments,
questions and feedback.
Parents of students enrolled in tuition
programmes should follow the following steps to
finalize and activate the booking:
1. Send us the
Trial Lesson Feedback . If the feedback is not
satisfactory, we will contact you with an
alternative option. If the feedback is positive, we
will send you the booking details and the first

3. Pay your
invoice, using one of the accepted payment options.

early as possible (at least 24 hours prior to
session time) if you need to postpone or reschedule

Remember, failure to notify us, or late
cancellations will attract full payment with no
option for a make up session. (Please, refer to the
